Barley Flour
Barley flour has a sweet, nut-like flavor and may be added to your favorite baked goods recipes for additional flavor and nutrition and a wonderfully tender texture. Try substituting 1/2 cup of barley flour in place of your regular flour in rye bread, biscuits, pancakes, cookies, muffins and breads.
