Taste of the Past’s Linda Pelaccio will give us a lesson on muesli’s long history, and then we get to hear from Bob Moore, the man on the package, on how he learned about the magic of muesli, and what his favorite way to eat it is!
How to make a muesli parfait
- Get a wide, short glass or Mason jar (glass shows off all the pretty layers!)
- Add a layer of plain or vanilla yogurt (Greek/regular/dairy-free, whatever your favorite is!) on the bottom
- Add your favorite flavor of Bob’s Muesli
- Add a second layer of yogurt
- Add more muesli!
- Top with your favorite fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries etc.)
Additional topping ideas
- Brown sugar
- Local honey
- Coconut flakes
