Tri-Color Quinoa is a blend of organic white, black and red quinoa, with a nutty flavor and a fluffy yet firm texture. Quinoa is an ideal addition to a vegan or gluten free diet, bringing iron, fiber and complete protein to the table.
Multi colored quinoa is delicious on its own and in pilafs, soups and salads; the beautiful color combination of organic white quinoa, organic red quinoa and organic black quinoa elevates even the simplest dish. We thoroughly rinse and air dry the grain to remove naturally occurring bitter saponins.

Organic Tri-colored Quinoa is a good source of fiber and iron. Because it contains essential amino acids, cooked quinoa is a delicious source of plant based protein. It also offers fatty acids like alpha-linolenic acid as well as antioxidants.

Make it in a rice cooker: use 1 part quinoa to 2 parts water.
