Brown Rice Flour
Buy Online or Find In-Store at Local Retailers
Bakers with celiac disease following a gluten free diet will often use brown rice flour to create a gluten free flour blend. Common additions include potato starch, sorghum flour, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch and xanthan gum. Keep in a sealed container to extend its shelf life! While you won’t be able to substitute this flour cup for cup with wheat flour, with a little experimenting you can enter a whole new world of gluten free food!
Good things come to those who bake: DO NOT EAT RAW DOUGH OR BATTER.
